Care Teams of Christ the Rock Community Church
Christ the Rock Community Church is one of the local evangelical churches in Cooper City FL. In order for each Sunday service and all the other church activities and ministries to happen, Christ the Rock employs the voluntary services of the Care Teams. Each team takes care of a certain aspect of the overall operations of the church.
The Administrative Team is in charge of mails, tapings of Sunday services and various church activities, and preparations of the weekly sermon notes and announcements. Team members are most needed on Thursdays and Fridays.
The Greeters, as the name implies, are tasked with greeting Church guests and first-time attendees with a welcoming smile and a warm handshake. For guests who want more information about the church, they can approach the Welcome Center. The Ushers Team, meanwhile, directs attendees to available seats and gives out Bibles and pens to those who need one. Another team takes care of parking and transportation.
Christ the Rock Community Church also has a Media Team which makes duplicates of the recorded Sunday sermons and makes them available for sale in the Media Center and online. The Multimedia Team makes sure that the sound quality of the Sunday service is at its optimum, the music lyrics and announcements are properly displayed on the projector, and the camera equipment for recording are properly set up. There is also a team that translates the sermons to Spanish for the benefit of the Hispanic community. The Worship Team of Christ the Rock Community Church provides praise and worship music during the Sunday service.
