Debby Eisinger of Cooper City
Debby Eisinger is the current Mayor of Cooper City. Prior to occupying this position, Eisinger was a Cooper City Commissioner for one term (2002-2005).
Mayor Eisinger holds a Master’s degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Exercise Physiology which she complete in the University of Florida. She once worked as a word processor for WC Publishing Company and a realtor for Beverly Hills Realty.
From 1996 to 2002, Eisinger was a member of the Cooper City Recreation Advisory Board. She was also active in the Cooper City Optimist Club and continues to coach its soccer team. As mayor of Cooper City, Eisinger was given the Government Official of the Year Award by the American Business Women’s Association in 2007. Mayor Eisinger was also the recipient of the American Jewish Congress Civic Leader of the Year Award in the same year.
