Monterra Cooper City
Monterra is a master-planned community in located in the 530-acre Waldrep Dairy Farm in Cooper City. Once completed, it will have more than 1,800 residences which is a mixture townhouses, single-family homes, and luxury estate homes.
Monterra will also feature a town center, pedestrian-friendly retail shops. Within the community, there is a gated enclave that will house about 149 upscale houses and will be the first neighborhood to be opened for sale.
Estada is one such luxury neighborhood in Monterra, Cooper City. It has ten one- and two-story houses ranging from 2,500 to 4,080 square feet in floor area. Each residential unit has a three-car garage. The luxury homes also feature a two-story concrete block construction, impact resistant glass windows, and sliding glass doors.
